SquadBots support

For help with your SquadBots account or any of the apps, email hello@squadbots.ai. Include the email address on your account, what you expected to happen, and any error message you saw. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other secrets.

Signing in from the apps

The macOS app uses the same SquadBots account as the web app. Sign in with your account email and password, and your bots, routines, and history follow you. The native iPhone client is still in release validation and is not yet offered as a public download.

Billing and trials

Every account starts with a 15-day free trial. Questions about your trial, subscription, or invoices: email hello@squadbots.ai from your account address.

Account deletion

Until the native iPhone client is publicly available, request account deletion by emailing hello@squadbots.ai from your account address. The request permanently deletes the hosted account and its associated personal workspace data.
